I've been diving into the world of ghee and it's wild how many BIG ghee brands cut corners with AMF!
That got me curious: what's AMF really, and what's it like building a desi ghee brand as a South Asian founder?

Why the name
"Chikka Tikka Diaries"?
Hey Beautiful Soul 🙋🏻♀️
It all started in 2005 when my older sister was gifted a special book titled Born Confused by Tanuja Desai Hidier from our Aunt on her 16th birthday!
**SPOILER ALERT: In the novel, the main character, Dimple Lala is an Indian-American teen dealing with average teen confusions and while living with her "traditional Indian parents," in New Jersey. As Dimple is constantly confused on either being "too Indian," or "too American," she finds her passion of photography when she was gifted a camera for her birthday, by her Dadaji (paternal grandpa) - this camera Dimple names it as chikkatikka!
If you want to read the entire book, I highly recommend it as it is one of the best teen fiction novels storytelling from the perspective of a child with immigrant parents.
Personally, my own camera is a tool to inspire and to encourage you to cook, meal prep, share my unfiltered food reviews or even the lessons I learned...all through the lens of CTD!
