Ingredients
1 Red Onion
1 pinch Chaat Masala
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice Concentrate or squeeze of fresh Lemon
Let's Get Chaat Patta!
1. Slice the onion into thin rounds. Use your thumb and index finger to gently push out each onion ring, from the center, and place them into your preferred tupperware.
2. Add lemon juice concentrate or freshly squeezed lemon.
3. Transfer the onions onto a clean working surface. Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala and TOSS until the onion rings are completley coated!
